The University of California Counselor Conference is held each year on different UC campuses. Registration for the following year begins in late spring.

Counselors’ Guide: Supporting New Admitted Students for a Successful Start
This webinar is designed to support high school counselors in assisting admitted students to the University of California, Merced. Counselors will learn about the role they play in guiding students through the transition process, including understanding UC Merced’s student support services and FERPA guidelines. The session will cover the importance of engaging with parents and families, as well as how to effectively communicate critical next steps for students. Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions and gain insights into the resources available to both students and families. This webinar aims to equip counselors with the knowledge needed to ensure students' success at UC Merced.
