Required Documents

Official documents such as transcripts and test scores must be sent to the Office of Admissions by the deadlines for your admission to remain intact.

Let Us Know About Course Updates

Please be sure to notify the Office of Admissions immediately if you receive grades of "D" or "F," or if you drop or withdraw from courses listed on your application or academic update. To do so, follow the instructions under MyCourseUpdates in the UC Merced Connect Platform. If you have any questions, call (209) 228-7178.

Events for Newly Admitted Students: Attend our admitted student events or sign up for a campus tour.  

From the Housing Office: We encourage you to visit the Housing website to learn more about your housing options. Please note: You can only apply for housing 24 hours after you submit your Statement of Intent to Register (SIR).

From the Financial Aid Office: We encourage you to complete and submit your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as soon as possible. If you have already submitted your FAFSA make sure to update it with our school code. The UC Merced school code is 041271. You can find more information on the Financial Aid website.
