The SJV PRIME+ BS/MD Program is an 8-year, 15-student cohort for high school graduates / newly-incoming freshman to become a doctor for the San Joaquin Valley of California. An SJV PRIME+ scholar who completes this medical education program receives their medical degree from UCSF School of Medicine, after obtaining a Bachelor of Science from UC Merced and finishing medical training at UCSF Fresno.
